Waste Discharge Authorization

The Ministry of Environment has released a draft version of their 'On-farm Anaerobic Digestion Waste Discharge Authorization Guideline'. 

This guideline is intended to assist anaerobic digestion proponents in applying for a waste discharge authorization (e.g., permit) from the Ministry of Environment. 

All indivuduals interested in on-farm anaerobic digestion are strongly encouraged to review the guideline and provide comments no later than September 30, 2010.
